ПРОСИМО ЗВЕРНУТИ УВАГУ! 1. Вимоги до Учасників та їх пропозицій: 1.1. Учасник подає заповнений проєкт договору Замовника у форматі Word (.doc), який наданий до цього оголошення. Учасник заповнює виключно блоки, виділені жовтим фоном, включно з додатками до проєкту договору. 1.1.1. Цінові показники в Додатку № 1 до проєкту договору («Специфікація») повинні повністю відповідати ціні, зазначеній учасником в електронній системі закупівель (Електронна пропозиція). 1.2. Учасник подає заповнену анкету «АНКЕТА - перевірка контрагента» у форматі Word (.doc), що надається до цього оголошення. У разі подання недостовірної інформації пропозиція Учасника вважається такою, що не відповідає умовам цього оголошення, та підлягає відхиленню. 1.3. Учасник має надати довідку у довільній формі щодо необхідності наявності ліцензії або документа дозвільного характеру для виконання договору про закупівлю з Замовником, що планується до укладення за результатами цієї закупівлі. У довідці Учасник має зазначити, чи підлягає відповідний вид господарської діяльності ліцензуванню або потребує документа дозвільного характеру відповідно до законодавства України. У разі якщо така ліцензія або документ дозвільного характеру є обов'язковими, Учасник надає їх у складі пропозиції або зазначає у довідці гарантію щодо їх отримання до моменту укладення договору про закупівлю з Замовником у разі визначення його (Учасника) переможцем цієї закупівлі. 1.4. Кожен документ, поданий Учасником, повинен бути підписаний кваліфікованим або удосконаленим електронним підписом (КЕП/УЕП) уповноваженої на це особи Учасника. 2. Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 1275 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії воєнного стану». 3. Витрати, пов’язані з документообігом, здійснюються за рахунок Учасника/Виконавця. 4. Місцезнаходження Замовника не оприлюднюється у зв’язку з дією воєнного стану (інформація має чутливий характер). 5. Кожен учасник має право подати лише одну пропозицію (у тому числі по кожному лоту). 6. Технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі визначені в документації: Проєкт договору та додатках № 1 і № 2 до нього (Специфікація / Вимоги / Технічні характеристик). 7. Єдиний критерій оцінки - ціна (100 %). Оцінювання здійснюється автоматично електронною системою закупівель. Учасникам рекомендується уважно ознайомитися з положеннями проєкту договору щодо штрафних санкцій.
