Відповідно до підпункту «г» підпункту 195.1.2 пункту 195.1 статті 195 Податкового кодексу України та постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 02.03.2022 № 178 «Деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану» (зі змінами), до припинення чи скасування воєнного стану операції з постачання запасних частин, акумуляторних батарей, автомобільних шин, охолоджувальних рідин, комплектуючих, додаткового обладнання та інших товарів, визначених нормативними та технічними документами для транспортних засобів, військовим частинам Збройних Сил України для потреб забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони України оподатковуються податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою.
