Die Schulzahnklinik in Chur sucht mit dieser Ausschreibung einen Lieferanten für den Ersatz der zahnmedizinischen und röntgenologische Gerätschaften der Schulzahnklinik in Chur. Die aktuellen Gerätschaften haben das Ende ihres Lebenszyklus erreicht. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung wird ein Partner gesucht, welcher die Lieferung, die Installation, die Instruktion, die Abnahme, die Servicewartung während der Gewährleistung, die Entsorgung der bestehenden Gerätschaften und das Einholen sämtlicher Bewilligungen der neuen Gerätschaften sicherstellt.  Umfang des Lieferauftrages Das Angebot verfügt mindestens über folgende Bestandteile und ist im Angebot eingerechnet: ·       Angebot für die Anlieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Einweisung und Entsorgung der zu ersetzenden Produkte gemäss vorliegender Ausschreibung.  ·       Sicherstellung, dass die EDV- und IT-Systeme der angebotenen Produkte den Vorgaben der Stadt Chur entsprechen. ·       Das Einholen sämtlicher notwendigen Bewilligungen (BAG) für die angebotenen Produkte. ·       Die zu liefernden Produkte müssen Medizinproduktegesetz konform sein.  ·       Servicewartung während der Gewährleistungsfrist für die Produkte (inkl. Software). Sämtliche Kaufgegenstände müssen innert 8 Wochen seit rechtskräftigem Zuschlag geliefert werden. Die zu liefernden Gerätschaften inkl. technischen Spezifikationen und die damit verbundenen Leistungen sind der vorliegenden Ausschreibung zu entnehmen.
