Tasks of the Sectoral Skills Council - Space Industry. Identifying skills gaps, development needs and dissemination activities in the sector

Part 1 of this procurement is a study of the skills gap in the Polish space industry. The contractor must prepare a methodologically sound expert analysis that identifies and quantifies the gap between the current knowledge, skills and social competences of workers and the actual needs of sector companies. The result establishes a baseline point for further analyses in the project and will support building a system to monitor the skills gap. It will also guide future work of the Sectoral Skills Council for the Space Industry. The service falls under social research services (CPV 79315000-5) and is carried out in Warsaw, in the Mazowieckie region.
