Bakery products, freshly baked bread and confectionery

The contracting authority is procuring bakery products, namely fresh wheat bread made from second-grade flour. The bread must be a 1 kg uncut loaf, unbaked in its baking tin with a slightly convex top crust, smooth surface without large cracks, colour from light to dark brown, fully baked, elastic crumb that recovers after light pressure, without lumps or under-mixed traces, with taste and smell typical of the product, fresh and not crumbly. The products must comply with the DSTU 7517 standard for wheat bread. Goods may not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran.
