The contracting authority, whose schools fall under the Khust City Council, is procuring bread made from wholegrain rye flour, supplied as packaged, sliced loaves under the fresh bread and confectionery category of the procurement nomenclature. Deliveries take place according to a schedule agreed with the buyer, every day from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 08:00, based on orders placed by authorised persons, namely the heads of the educational institutions. Goods are delivered in small wholesale batches to the address of each educational institution listed in Appendix 2. Delivery must occur no later than one day after the buyer's order is received, and the supply schedule may be changed according to the buyer's actual needs.
