Місце поставки Товару: м. Вінниця, вул. Київська,68 Строк поставки Товару: до 31.12.2026року Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями ЩОДЕННО до 7.30 годин згідно з заявкою Замовника . Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Поставка кожної партії Товару повинна здійснюватись Постачальником не пізніше 1 (одного) календарного дня з дати одержання відповідної заявки Замовника. Постачальник гарантує, що країною походження Товару, який буде поставлятися Покупцю, як на дату поставки, так і на дату укладення Договору не є Російська Федерація / Республіка Білорусь / Ісламська Республіка Іран. Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється в розмірі 100% упродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Замовника на підставі наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної Товару. Розрахунки здійснюються в національній валюті України гривні у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування належних до сплати сум коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника Класифікатор та його відповідний код : ДК 021:2015: 15811100-7 - Хліб, 15811000-6 - Хлібопродукти
