The buyer is procuring frozen headless hake (whiting) sized 200-400 g, compliant with the DSTU 4378 standard. The goods must not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran. Deliveries are made in separate lots according to the buyer's orders during the term of the contract, every day from 8:00 to 11:00 in the morning, within 1 working day from receipt of each order. The volume of each lot is determined by the buyer according to actual need. Bids are evaluated excluding VAT, while the contract value must include VAT where the supplier is a VAT payer.
