Description

Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Поставка Товару обов'язково здійснюється 3 (три) рази на тиждень з 8:00 до 11:00 години ранку. Товар (сир кисломолочний 9%) має бути ваговий, фасований у герметичну, цілу упаковку по 1 кг (один кілограм) нетто в кожній упаковці з дотриманням усіх вимог чинного законодавства України щодо пакування, маркування та зберігання молочної продукції. Товар (сир твердий) постачається у вигляді брусків або фасований(згідно з узгодженим асортиментом) з дотриманням усіх вимог чинного законодавства України щодо пакування, маркування та зберігання молочної продукції. Оцінка пропозицій постачальників проводиться без урахування податку на додану вартість. Договір між замовником та переможцем відбору укладається відповідно до вимог законодавства. У сумі договору повинен враховуватися податок на додану вартість у разі, коли постачальник товару є платником податку на додану вартість, а операція з постачання товару підлягає оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість.
