The buyer is procuring frozen fish: headless hake sized 300-600 g and unprocessed whole mackerel sized 300-500 g, both compliant with the DSTU 4378 standard. Deliveries will be made against orders placed by the buyer in written or telephone form, submitted two days before each delivery. Each order will specify the quantity of goods and the delivery term, which may not exceed two days from submission of the order. The country of origin of the goods may not be the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran. Submitting a bid confirms the goods meet this origin requirement under Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 822 of 14 September 2020.
