Якість товару має відповідати вимогам державних стандартів та/або технічним умовам, а також умовам, встановленим чинним законодавством до товару даного виду. Товар при поставці повинен супроводжуватись документами, що підтверджують якість, безпеку, а саме: копіями посвідчень якості та/або іншим документальним підтвердженням якості та безпеки товару (у передбачених законодавством випадках). Якісні, технологічні та фізико-механічні показники Товару повинні відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 7146:2010 та ДСТУ 3472:2015. Поставка товару здійснюється 2 однаковими партіями транспортом учасника-переможця протягом 90 календарних днів з дати укладання сторонами договору згідно графіку поставки. Перша партія - до 10.11.2026 р., друга партія - не пізніше 10.12.2026 р. Місце поставки (передачі) товару: 23210, Вінницька обл., Вінницький р-н, смт Стрижавка, вул. Алеї, 62. Ціна Договору включає в себе вартість самого Товару, навантаження та розвантаження, зважування, доставки на умовах Договору, передачі, усі податки та збори, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені щодо поставки Товару. Учасник повинен надати у складі тендерної пропозиції забезпечення тендерної пропозиції у розмірі (3%) 26749,99 (двадцять шість тисяч сімсот сорок дев'ять гривень 99 копійок). Строк дії забезпечення тендерної пропозиції має бути не менший ніж строк дії тендерної пропозиції. Учасник надає забезпечення виконання договору у розмірі 5% його кошторисної вартості шляхом перерахування коштів на банківський рахунок Замовника . Замовник повертає Учаснику забезпечення виконання Договору протягом п’яти банківських днів після повного виконання Учасником своїх зобов’язань згідно з Договором.
