Чавдар, община Чавдар, разположена в VII-291, кв. 501, поземлен имот с идентификатор 80011.501.291, с административен адрес: с. Чавдар, ул. „Христо Ботев“ № 32. Предмет на разработения технически проект и на настоящата обществена поръчка е въвеждане на мерки за енергийна ефективност и изграждане на фотоволтаична електроцентрала на покрива на сградата на читалище „Надежда“ - с. Чавдар. Съгласно инвестиционния проект строителството се предвижда да бъде изпълнено на един етап. Проектната разработка не променя функционалното предназначение на помещенията в сградата.
