Description

Záměrem zadavatele je provedení rekonstrukce lůžkových oddělení a ambulantních provozů včetně části ředitelství. Navrhované stavební práce vychází ze špatného technického stavu vybavení objektu technickým zařízením budov, a to nevyhovující elektroinstalací silnoproudé a slaboproudé technologie a dále špatnými rozvody vody a kanalizace. Popis dle podlaží: 1NP ambulance endoskopie, kožní ambulance a ekonomické oddělení; 2NP se budou práce týkat modernizace kožního lůžkového oddělení (25 lůžek). Část křídla tohoto oddělení bude modernizována ve větším rozsahu formou přestavby pokojů na bezbariérové a s tím související stavební úpravy. Zbylé křídlo - budou pouze modernizovány rozvody a povrchy; 3NP se stavební práce týkají prostoru vestavby, kde se budou modernizovat prostory šaten a lékařských pokojů
