У розумінні цієї закупівлі 2 пакунка = 2000 шт Товар постачається за заявкою Покупця, протягом 3 (трьох) календарних днів з дня отримання заявки (за допомогою будь-яких засобів зв’язку) та не пізніше 31.12.202_ року. Поставка товару здійснюється на умовах DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) (Інкотермс-2020) склад Покупця. Вивантаження Товару здійснюється у приміщення покупця, силами, засобами та за рахунок постачальника, із залученням відповідного персоналу, за адресою: 21032, Україна, Вінницька область, Вінницький р-н, місто Вінниця, вулиця Київська, буд. 68, 21019, Україна, Вінницька область, Вінницький р-н, місто Вінниця, вулиця Синьоводська, 142, у робочі дні з 09:00 до 14:00 год. Оплата Покупцем здійснюється за фактично отриманий товар, відповідно до видаткової (-их) накладної (-их) та/або акту (-ів) приймання-передачі Товару, шляхом безготівкового перерахунку коштів на рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 календарних днів, при наявності коштів на рахунку Покупця та/або по мірі надходження фінансування.
