AB „Lietuvos geležinkeliai“ Pirkimų komisija įvertinusi pateiktą galutinį pasiūlymą nustatė, kad galutinio pasiūlymo kaina yra per didelė ir viršija perkančiojo subjekto Pirkimui skirtas lėšas, nustatytas prieš pradedant Pirkimo procedūrą, todėl vadovaujantis Pirkimo bendrųjų sąlygų 14.7.5 punktu galutinis pasiūlymas yra atmetamas. Vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos pirkimų, atliekamų vandentvarkos, energetikos, transporto ir pašto paslaugų srities perkančiųjų subjektų, įstatymo 41 straipsnio 2 dalimi: Pirkimo (ar atskiros pirkimo dalies) ar projekto konkurso procedūros baigiasi, kai: 2) atmetamos visos paraiškos, pasiūlymai, projekto konkurso planai ar projektai, Pirkimo procedūros laikomos pasibaigusiomis.
