Уся інформація розміщується в електронній системі закупівель українською мовою, крім тих випадків, коли використання букв та символів української мови призводить до їх спотворення (зокрема, але не виключно, адреси мережі Інтернет, адреси електронної пошти, торговельної марки (знака для товарів та послуг), загальноприйняті міжнародні терміни). Тендерна пропозиція та всі документи, які передбачені вимогами тендерної документації та додатками до неї, складаються українською мовою. Документи або копії документів (які передбачені вимогами тендерної документації та додатками до неї), які надаються Учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції, викладені іншими мовами, повинні надаватися разом із їх автентичним перекладом українською мовою.
