Предмета на обществената поръчка е „Възстановяване външната фасада на северната и източната стена в административната сграда, с идентификатор 83510.666.155.4 на ВО II степен - Шумен, в. ф. 54170, ВР 2554“ с административен адрес: гр. Шумен, пл. „Освобождение“ № 8.Възстановяването на външната фасада от северната и източната стена включва действия, чрез изграждане на топлоизолационна система и подмяна на дограми и прозорци, също така доставка, монтаж и демонтаж на тръбно скеле, съгласно техническата спецификация и КСС. Възложителят обявява настоящата процедура за възлагане на обществена поръчка на основание чл. 191, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП - покана до определени лица. Обществената поръчка ще бъде проведена при същите условия и изисквания на приключена обществена поръчка с № 06132-2026-0003, публикувана в ЦАИС ЕОП. Към датата на откриване на процедурата не е осигурено финансиране за изпълнение на обществената поръчка, поради което същата се провежда при условията на чл. 114 от ЗОП.
