Description

Предмета на поръчката включва извършване на строително-монтажни работи свързани с въвеждане на мерки за енергийна ефективност в сградата на кметството на с. Крива бара, община Козлодуй. Изпълнението обхваща всички СМР, съгласно одобрения технически проект и количествено-стойностни сметки по части: Архитектура, Конструктивна, Електрическа, ОВК, Пожарна безопасност, Енергийна ефективност. Кметството представлява монолитна постройка. Тя е изградена върху застроена площ от 334,10 кв.м. Сградата е двуетажна и е разположена над неотопляем подземен етаж (сутерен). Външните стени са два типа. Първият тип са стени, изградени от зидария от плътни тухли с дебелина 250 мм, външна 25 мм и вътрешна варо-пясъчна мазилка 25 мм. Сутеренните стени и стените представляващи цокъл са стоманобетонни. Покривът на сградата е един тип - скатен с неотопляемо подпокривно пространство. РЗП на сградата - 1002,30 кв.м. Категория на строежа: V-та категория. Договорът за възлагане на обществената поръчка ще бъде сключен при условията на чл. 114 от Закона за обществените поръчки. Подробно описание на всички предвидени дейности се съдържа в приложената към документацията техническа спецификация и проектна документация.
