Предметът на обществената поръчка включва извършване на вътрешни строително-ремонтни работи в административни помещения, учебни кабинети и коридори на сградата на АЕГ „Гео Милев“, гр. Бургас, с цел обновяване на помещенията, подобряване на експлоатационните им качества и осигуряване на подходяща работна и учебна среда. СМР обхващат всички необходими дейности по демонтаж, подготовка на основите, ремонт и възстановяване на стени, тавани и подове, изпълнение на довършителни работи, подмяна и монтаж на интериорни елементи, извършване на необходимите електромонтажни работи, доставка и влагане на строителни материали, транспортиране и извозване на строителните отпадъци, почистване на работните площадки, както и всички съпътстващи дейности, необходими за цялостното и качествено изпълнение на ремонта.Пълната информация относно обхвата, обема и техническите изисквания към изпълнението на обществената поръчка са подробно описани в Част II. „Техническата спецификация“.
