The subject of this procurement is the collection and administration of the local charge payable for the use of designated paid parking spaces. The notice announces that, under Article 29(2)(2) of the Law on Public Procurement, which provides that procurement procedures end when all applications, tenders, design contest plans or projects are rejected, the procurement is considered completed because all tenders received have been rejected. No contract will therefore be awarded on the basis of this procedure, and the notice serves to formally conclude the tender process for this parking charge collection service.
