Предмет на поръчката е предоставянето на външни услуги по управление на проект № ROBG00424 с акроним „B-GREEN“ за нуждите на Община Бяла като Водещ партньор- осигуряване на експертен капацитет за координация, мониторинг, отчитане и специализирано техническо съдействие при изпълнението на дейностите по WP1, WP2 и WP3, в стриктно съответствие с Ръководство за изпълнение на проекта /Project Implementation Manual (PIM)/, договора за субсидия и одобрения Формуляр за кандидатстване /Application Form/. Изпълнителят осигурява екип от четирима външни експерти (външни управленски услуги/консултации), които допълват вътрешния съвместен управленски екип на Възложителя. Съгласно раздел C.7.1 от Формуляра за кандидатстване /Application Form/, външните услуги, които се възлагат, не са налични на ниво управленски екип и разходите за персонал (staff costs) не финансират типа външна експертиза и услуги, които се възлагат по настоящата поръчка. Пълната информация относно обхвата, обема и изискванията към изпълнението на обществената поръчка са описани и регламентирани в Част II „Техническа спецификация“, неразделна част от документацията за участие.
