Технічні, якісні характеристики предмета закупівлі та технічні специфікації до предмета закупівлі: Розмір зерен - понад 0 мм до 5мм, вміст зерен понад 5 мм - 3,8-6%, Колір відсіву- сірий (з сірих порід граніту). Відсів з червоних порід граніту до розгляду не приймається. Товар не повинен вміщувати сторонніх забруднюючих домішок у вигляді рослинного ґрунту, деревини, каміння, шматків металу, тощо. Поставка товару повинна супроводжуватися видатковою накладною, супутньою документацією виробника. Постачальник гарантує, що технічні, якісні характеристики товару за предметом закупівлі відповідають чинним нормативним актам діючого законодавства України (державним стандартам, технічним умовам тощо), що підтверджується відповідними дозвільними документами ( копії сертифікату або паспорту якості.) В обов’язковому порядку учасник надає документ в якому зазначається країна походження товару. Поданням своєї пропозиції Учасник погоджується з умовами викладеними в п.5.4.1 Проєкту договору. Постачальник гарантує, що країною походження Товару, який буде поставлятися Замовнику, як на дату поставки, так і на дату укладення цього Договору не є Російська Федерація / Республіка Білорусь / Ісламська Республіка Іран.
