Vadovaujantis Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 45 str. 1 d. 5 p. atmesti UAB“ Alvora“, UAB „Kaminta“, UAB ‚Statybos ritmas“ ir UAB „HSC Baltic“ pasiūlymai pateiktus supaprastintam atviram pirkimui, kadangi jie yra Perkančiajai organizacijai nepriimtini, bet atsižvelgdama į aukščiau išdėstytą ir vadovaujantis Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 63 str. 1 d. 2 p.: kai „atviram ar ribotam konkursui visi pateikti pasiūlymai yra nepriimtini, o pirkimo sąlygos iš esmės nekeičiamos“, nenutraukiant supaprastinto atviro konkurso, vykdyti į derybas, t. y. pirkimą vykdyti skelbiamų derybų būdu neskelbiant apie pirkimą.
