Met deze marktconsultatie zouden wij kennis willen maken met de aanbieders in deze markt, wensen wij beeld te krijgen wat voor COW past bij ons concept programma van eisen en wensen gecombineerd met ons budget. En gaan wij graag met leveranciers in overleg om onze uitvraag te verbeteren.
