Строк поставки ТОВАРУ - протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з дати надання рознарядки ПОКУПЦЕМ. Місце поставки ТОВАРУ: КИЇВ (адреса вказується в рознарядці покупця). Оплата за ТОВАР здійснюється у безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування ПОКУПЦЕМ грошових коштів на поточний рахунок ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА. Для ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА-платника ПДВ: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п'ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання видаткової накладної за умови реєстрації податкової накладної не пізніше ніж за 3 (три) календарні дні до дати оплати, визначеної цим пунктом та оформленої згідно з вимогами законодавства України, та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ. У випадку якщо податкова накладна зареєстрована пізніше ніж за 3 (три) календарні дні до дати оплати, визначеної цим пунктом, оплата здійснюється на 5 (п’ятий) календарний день з дати реєстрації податкової накладної. У випадку якщо на дату оплати реєстрацію податкової накладної зупинено, оплата здійснюється на 5 (п’ятий) календарний день з дати отримання ПОКУПЦЕМ на електронну адресу _______________________ повідомлення від ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА з копією квитанції про реєстрацію податкової накладної / розрахунку коригування кількісних і вартісних показників до податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних. Для ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА-неплатника ПДВ резидента України: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п'ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання видаткової накладної та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ.
