Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet le maintien en état de bon fonctionnement du parc d'extincteurs, de colonnes sèches, de bouches d'incendie et de poteaux d'incendie. La durée du marché est d'un an, reconductible trois fois un an. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre composite correspondant : Pour partie à un accord-cadre à bon de commande. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le montant maximum des commandes pour la période ferme (1 an) est de 13 000 euro(s) HT. Pour les périodes de reconduction, le montant maximum de commandes annuel est de 13 000 euro(s) HT. Pour partie à un marché ordinaire pour les prestations forfaitaires
