Gemeente Voerendaal beoogt met deze aanbesteding te komen tot een duurzame, toekomstbestendige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige herinrichting van de werkomgeving. Gemeente Voerendaal streeft naar een structurele verbetering van de werkomgeving, met specifieke aandacht voor akoestiek, functionaliteit, flexibiliteit en uitstraling. Het doel is een werkomgeving te realiseren die medewerkers optimaal ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende werkvormen zoals concentratieplekken, samenwerkingsplekken, overlegruimtes, hybride vergaderruimtes en ontmoetingsplekken die aantoonbaar bijdragen aan werkplezier, productiviteit en medewerkerstevredenheid. Gemeente Voerendaal wenst op 9 december 2026 één (1) overeenkomst van levering te sluiten voor de levering en het plaatsen van het kantoormeubilair met uiterlijke oplevering op 1 juni 2027.
