VAV / Bitumikaton uusiminen Punamultapolku 3 - 2026 Kiinteistö on VAV Asunnot Oy:n somistama ja isännöimä. Kiinteistö Punamultapolku 3, KP40 Työt käsittävät bitumikaton korjauksen ja uusimisen oheisen laskenta-aineiston mukaisesti. Tarkempi tarjouspyyntö liitteenä. kts. tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevat urakka-asiakirjat. Korjattavat katot luovutetaan urakoitsijalle siinä kunnossa, kuin ne tarjoushetkellä ovat. Urakkamuoto on kokonaisurakka (pääurakka). YSE 3 §:n mukaiset työmaapalvelut sisältyvät pääurakkaan. Pääurakoitsija toimii myös kohteen päätoteuttajana. Hankintaan sovelletaan Hankintalain 96 §:n säädöstä poikkeuksellisen alhaisista tarjouksista sekä niiden mahdollisesta hylkäämisestä. Urakoitsijan tulee tutustua kohteeseen ennen tarjouksen antamista ja hänen tulee tarjouksessaan ottaa huomioon siellä vallitsevat olosuhteet. Huoneistot ovat asutettuja. Kohde tiedot: Punamultapolku 3 01600 Vantaa Kerrostalo, 49 huoneistoa 1 asuinrakennusta.
