Description

Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad teismams taikius laikinąsias apsaugos priemones - sustabdžius Pirkimo procedūras, Pirkimas užsitęsė neproporcingai ilgą laiką, Perkančiajam subjektui vykdant savo tiesioginę veiklą, iš esmės pasikeitė Perkančiojo subjekto poreikis Pirkimu perkamų darbų apimčiai. Vadovaujantis išdėstytu, kai atsirado aplinkybės kurių nei Perkantysis subjektas nei suinteresuoti dalyviai negalėjo numatyti iki Pirkimo pradžios, remiantis Pirkimo sąlygų nuostatomis ir Lietuvos Respublikos pirkimų, atliekamų vandentvarkos, energetikos, transporto ar pašto paslaugų srities perkančiųjų subjektų, įstatymo 41 str. 3 d., Pirkimas užbaigiamas nutraukiant Pirkimo procedūras.
