Description
Extension to current contract for the Contact Tracing and Vaccination Service Contact Centre. This virtual contact centre is part of the Test Trace, Isolate and Support (TTIS) Programme that supported the National Pandemic response. Funding has been secured for a further 12 months extension under the current contract.
