Komunikacija, zahtjevi za pojašnjenje i razmjena informacija u postupku obavljaju se putem Portala javnih nabava, osim radnji za koje je Zakonom ili tenderskom dokumentacijom propisana dostava u pisanom obliku. Tenderska dokumentacija dostupna je bez naknade putem Portala javnih nabava.
