Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Auswahl eines Gesamtverantwortlichen für die Erhaltung der Gleisanlage der Glattalbahn, ohne Knoten gem. schematischem Netzplan in der Ausschreibung. Der Auftragnehmer zeichnet sich für alle vier Bereiche des Erhaltungskreislaufs verantwortlich: Überwachung, Datenanalyse, Massnahmenplanung und die Erhaltungsmassnahmen. Zusätzlich übernimmt er eine übergeordnete Koordinationsaufgabe, die Sicherheitsleistungen für alle in der Gleisanlage operierenden Unternehmer und das Datenmanagement für die Erhaltung. Die vorliegende Submission "Erhaltung Gleisanlage" umfasst neben intellektuellen Leistungen auch klassische Werkleistungen aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen. Die auszuschreibenden Leistungen werden darum in thematische Pakete, genannt Leistungspakete, zusammengefasst. LP 1: Ist-Aufnahme LP 2: Überwachung LP 3: Datenanalyse LP 4: Massnahmenplanung LP 5: Erhaltungsmassnahmen LP 6: Koordination LP 7: Sicherheit LP 8: Datenmanagement (QSM)
