The works are expected to include, but are not limited to, site preparation and enabling works, earthworks and grading, hard and soft landscaping, planting, paving, street furniture, lighting, drainage, utility coordination, accessibility measures and other associated infrastructure necessary to deliver a high quality public open space. The project is located within a live urban environment and will require careful planning, programming and stakeholder management to minimise disruption to surrounding residents, businesses and ongoing development activities. The works will be undertaken in accordance with all relevant statutory requirements, health and safety legislation, environmental obligations and project-specific quality standards.
