Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind alle erforderlichen Leistungen für die Umgestaltung der Park- und Spielanlage Arthur-Haidl-Promenade sowie die Adaptierung des Vorplatzbereiches der Petrus-Canisiuskirche. Das Baufeld befindet sich im Innsbrucker Stadtteil Hötting. Die zu bearbeitende Gesamtfläche hat eine Größe von rund 7.000m². Die Sanierung umfasst die Umgestaltung und Attraktivierung des Parks sowie des Übergangsbereichs zur Kirche und die Errichtung eines neuen Anschlussweges inkl. neuer Straßenraum-Beleuchtung. Der umfangreiche Baumbestand bleibt erhalten und erfordert daher eine sensible Bauführung (Baumschutz). Die gesamten Lieferungen und Leistungen umfassen die dafür erforderlichen Abbruchs-, Erd-, Leitungs-, Beton-, Asphalt- und Pflasterarbeiten samt Ausstattung.
