Die Gemeinde Stams beabsichtigt den „Um- und Zubau Kinderkrippe Stams“ auf GST 2473/2 KG 80111 Stams gemäß der Einreichplanung der Architekt Raimund Rainer ZT GmbH, Anichstraße 12, 6020 Innsbruck, vom 21.10.2022. Zur Ausschreibung gelangen die Lieferung und Montage des Personenaufzugs samt der Wartung über einen Zeitraum von 10 Jahren, wie sie in der Technischen Leis-tungsbeschreibung bzw. im Ausschreibungs-Leistungsverzeichnis beschrieben sind. Konkret soll zum Bestandsgebäude ein Zu- und Aufbau erfolgen, sodass auf die örtlichen Besonderheiten und die möglichste Schonung des Bestandes (Kindergarten in Betrieb) zu achten ist. Die Arbeiten sollen im Frühjahr 2023 begonnen und das Bauvorhaben Ende Sommer 2023 abgeschlossen werden, zumal die Kinderkrippe spätestens zum Schulbeginn 2023 geöffnet sein muss. Die ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten sollen im Mai 2023 bis September 2023 ausgeführt werden.
