Подання пропозиції постачальником вважається підтвердженням того, що його товар відповідає вимогам, визначеним замовником у запиті пропозицій постачальників, а саме: що запропонований товар не є товаром, що походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран, відповідно до постанови КМУ «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу» від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822.
