Умови доставки: Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару у м. Запоріжжя, за адресою, зазначеною в Заявці на поставку Товару. Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями за заявкою Замовника, в якій зазначається кількість Товару, що підлягає поставці. Заявка надсилається у будь-який спосіб, а саме: поштою, електронною поштою, засобами мобільного зв’язку. Поставка Товару здійснюється протягом 1-го робочого дня з моменту отримання Заявки на поставку Товару. Ціна включає: ціну Товару, всі податки, збори та інші обов’язкові платежі, витрати, пов’язані з передпродажною підготовкою та реалізацією Товару Замовнику, всі витрати Постачальника, враховуючи вартість транспортних послуг на доставку Товару до місця поставки, визначеного цим Договором, здійснення вантажно-розвантажувальних послуг при поставці Товару. Умови оплати: Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника, зазначений у Договорі, на підставі оформлених належним чином рахунку-фактури, видаткової накладної, підписаної уповноваженими представниками обох сторін, після отримання Замовником бюджетних призначень на підставі ст. ст. 48, 49 Бюджетного кодексу України протягом 60 календарних днів з дня отримання бюджетних призначень на предмет даного Договору на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Технічні та якісні характеристики Товару повинні відповідати чинним нормативним актам (державним стандартам / технічним умовам / нормам) та вимогам Замовника. Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
