The buyer is procuring asphalt concrete mix conforming to the Ukrainian standard DSTU B V.2.7-119:2011 and other applicable Ukrainian standards, technical conditions and norms. Delivery is on EXW terms (Incoterms 2020): the supplier loads the goods onto the buyer's vehicles at its own premises, located within 15 km of the buyer's road maintenance district at 97A Ivanova Street, Zaporizhzhia, via roads open to trucks, measured by driving distance. Loading is performed by the supplier and goods are released through vehicle weighbridges. Payment is by bank transfer within 60 calendar days after the buyer receives budget appropriations. Goods may not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran.
