Summary
Machine-generated summaryThis notice concerns the purchase of three four-wheel drive vehicles, each with at least six passenger seats and a cargo compartment located at the rear. According to the notice, the procedure was terminated because the supplier declined to conclude the contract, as provided under Article 29(2)(6) of the Lithuanian Law on Public Procurement. No vehicles were therefore supplied under this procurement, and readers should treat the outcome as a terminated award rather than an active contract.
