Description

La présente consultation est lancée selon la procédure adaptée définie aux articles R2123-1, R2123-4 et R2123-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. La consultation concerne les travaux sur les installations de gestion technique de bâtiment (GTB) et de régulation des bâtiments du Département de la Sarthe. Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire exécuté par émission de bons de commande, sans minimum avec maximum de 200 000 euro(s) HT par période, conformément aux dispositions des articles R2123-1, R2123-4 et R2123-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. L'accord-cadre est renouvelable par reconduction tacite selon la périodicité suivante sans que sa durée totale puisse excéder 4 années : Période ferme : De la date de notification au 31/05/2027 Reconduction n°1 : Du 01/06/2027 au 31/05/2028 Reconduction n°2 : Du 01/06/2028 au 31/05/2029 Reconduction n°3 : Du 01/06/2029 au 31/05/2030
