Pour rappel, le marché initial est composé de quinze (15) lots distincts. La présente consultation porte exclusivement sur le lot n° 3B - « Menuiseries extérieures ». Elle fait suite à la résiliation du marché correspondant à ce lot, intervenue en raison du placement du titulaire en redressement judiciaire et de l'impossibilité de poursuivre l'exécution des prestations dans les conditions prévues au marché initial. La présente consultation a pour objet de relancer le lot n° 3B afin d'assurer la poursuite et l'achèvement des prestations de menuiseries extérieures. La période de préparation est 1 mois à compter de l'émission d'ordre de service. Quant au délai d'exécution, ici l'objectif est de garder la même date de fin des autres lots déjà attribué, à savoir une date de réception prévue le 28 avril 2027. Son démarrage ainsi que celle des travaux feront chacun l'objet d'émission d'ordre de service
