Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. L'opération a pour objet la réfection de toitures toiture bâtiment 130a et son avant toit; bâtiments 131 et ses avants toits et avant toit du bâtiment 129, situés au coeur du Bon Sauveur bâtiment en rez de chaussée qui sont autour d'une cour fermée Les travaux se dérouleront : les bâtiments sont vides mais les bâtiments voisins sont occupées Une attention particulière sera apportée par chaque entreprise. Veiller à ne pas laisser trainer de l'outillage et du matériel hors de la zone de chantier, cantonnement des zones de travaux par bâchage ou mise en place de panneaux d'agglomérés si nécessaire et toutes sujétions demandées par le maître d'ouvrage afin de créer le moins de nuisance possible aux services voisins
