Description

Procédure adaptée ouverte soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations sont réparties en 11 lots. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Possibilité de prestations similaires à hauteur de 30% maximum du montant du marché initial et limitées au remplacement de la toiture amiantée et le réaménagement des locaux de bureaux du B5 au Centre Fonctionnel des Routes. Pas de PSE. Variantes autorisées. Période de préparation d'un mois qui débute à compter de la date de notification du marché. Le délai d'exécution des travaux est de 15 mois. L'exécution des travaux débute à compter de la date fixée par l'ordre de service prescrivant de commencer les travaux L'entreprise qui se verra attribuer le marché de travaux, relatif au lot n°2 "Gros oeuvre" devra réaliser une action d'insertion (150 H) (cf art 11 du CCAP)
