Description

La communauté de communes Cœur de Nacre, le SDEC ÉNERGIE et Normandie Aménagement ont fondé une société de projet pour équiper les bâtiments d’une ZAC de panneaux photovoltaïques. L’électricité produite alimentera prioritairement les bâtiments accueillant les panneaux solaires photovoltaïques, puis dans un 2ème temps les bâtiments intercommunaux avant d’être mis à disposition des communes de l’intercommunalité qui le souhaitent et des entreprises du territoire. En effet, reprendre la main sur sa facture d’électricité, c’est l’aspiration de toutes les collectivités. Ainsi, la communauté de communes Cœur de Nacre a décidé de s’en donner les moyens. Elle s’est associée au SDEC ÉNERGIE et à Normandie Aménagement pour créer une société de projet dont le capital est réparti entre la communauté de communes (45 %), le SDEC ÉNERGIE (40 %) et Normandie Aménagement (15%). L’objectif de la société est de produire sa propre électricité. Pour cela, elle profitera de la ZAC du parc d’activités de Cœur de Nacre, à Douvres-la-Délivrande, pour équiper de panneaux photovoltaïques les toitures de 18 bâtiments à construire. Les preneurs de parcelles, en cours de commercialisation, loueront leur surface de toiture à la société de projet NACRE ÉNERGIE.
