La présente consultation concerne les Travaux d'installation de métallerie, ferronnerie et clôture sur les espaces verts publics de la Ville de Montpellier et de Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole. La procédure de passation utilisée est la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire avec seuil maximum passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Montant estimatif, valeur maximale estimée du besoin sur toute la durée du contrat et seuil annuel indiqués dans le règlement de la consultation. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes Ville de Montpellier (coordinateur) - Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole
