Procédure adaptée ouverte soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1°et L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre multi-attributaire sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots. Chaque lot sera attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
