Le présent marché a pour objet les travaux de restauration et de mise en conformité de l'Eglise Sainte-Jehanne de France au Passage d'Agen, dans le quartier de Ganet. Le programme des travaux établi se présente de la manière suivante : - La reprise totale de la toiture en bardeaux de fibrociment, désamiantage et reprise des étanchéités notamment au niveau des chenaux. - La reprise des épaufrures des coursives en béton. - La reprise des croix situées à l'entrée et au sommet du campanile. - Le nettoyage des façades extérieures avant gauche et arrière. - La création d'une issue de secours à l'arrière de l'église, rue Charles de Foucault, comportant 2 unités de Passage, portant ainsi la capacité d'accueil de l'édifice de 300 personnes à 500 personnes. - Divers travaux d'accessibilité. Les travaux se dérouleront en deux phases : Phase 1 : Lots 1 à 6. Cette phase débutera le 16 mars 2026. Phase 2 : lot 1, lots 3 à 8. Cette phase interviendra impérativement le 4 janvier 2027.
