Description

La présente consultation concerne les travaux de mise en séparatif des réseaux d’assainissement, le renouvellement du réseau d’eau potable ainsi que les travaux d'aménagement de voirie rue du Bocage, rue David d'Angers, rue des Sports et rue du Général Tharreau au May sur Èvre. Date prévisionnelle de début d’exécution : A titre indicatif et prévisionnel, les travaux de mise en séparatif de l'assainissement démarreront mi octobre 2026. Les travaux devront démarrer par la rue David d’Angers non concernée par les travaux d’eau potable. Les travaux de la rue du Général Tharreau devant le collège, devront êtres réalisés sur au moins deux semaines de vacances scolaires sur la partie basse de la rue (entre les rues du Bocage et rue du Parc). Si le chantier n’est pas terminé sur ces deux semaines, il sera poursuivi sur les semaines de temps scolaire. A titre indicatif, les travaux d'aménagement de la voirie sont prévus à partir de janvier 2027, après les travaux d'assainissement prévus rue David d'Angers. Compte tenu des compétences respectives de Cholet Agglomération et de la commune du May sur Èvre pour la réalisation des travaux et en application de l'article L2422-12 du Code de la commande publique, Cholet Agglomération et la commune du May sur Èvre ont constitué une maîtrise d'ouvrage unique. Cholet Agglomération, en tant que maître d’ouvrage unique, est chargée par la commune du May sur Èvre de la maîtrise d'ouvrage de l'opération, pour elle-même et pour cette dernière.
