TRAVAUX DE RENOVATION DU BATIMENT CLUB HOUSE DE L'ANCIENNE CASERNE DES POMPIERS AU LOGIS-NEUF. A titre d’information : le commencement des travaux est prévu au cours du mois de juin 2026. Lots 01 - 02 - 04 : Il n'est pas prévu de tranche(s) optionnelle(s) Lot 03 : Il est prévu une tranche ferme et une tranche optionnelle : - Tranche ferme : Travaux Electricité CFA / CFO / CVC / PLOMBERIE - Tranche optionnelle O1 (TO-01) : Travaux d'installation d'une alarme intrusion Le délai affermissant de la tranche optionnelle est de DEUX (2) SEMAINES à compter de la notification du marché. - L’Administration choisit : o De ne pas prévoir une indemnité de dédit en cas de non-affermissement de la tranche optionnelle o De ne pas prévoir une indemnité d’attente en cas d’affermissement de la tranche optionnelle avec retard. Le délai d'exécution des travaux est le suivant : - Lots 01 à 04 - TRANCHE FERME : Le délai global d'exécution de la tranche ferme de l'opération, tous lots confondus, est fixé à onze (11) semaines, y compris une période préparatoire de QUATRE (4) SEMAINES, à compter de la notification de l'ordre de service prescrivant le démarrage des travaux - Lot 03 - TRANCHE OPTIONNELLE (TO1) : En cas d'affermissement de la tranche optionnelle, le délai d'exécution du lot n°03 est prolongé de trois (3) semaines.
