FOURNITURE DE GAZ PROPANE AVEC MISE A DISPOSITION D'UNE CITERNE ENTERREE ET PRESTATIONS ASSOCIEES. Il s'agit d'un marché de fourniture à prix mixtes : -Les prestations traitées à prix forfaitaire porte sur la mise à disposition d'une citerne, - Les prestations traitées à prix unitaires concernent la fourniture du gaz propane avec un seuil maximum de 150.000 Euros HT pour la durée totale du marché. concernant la durée du marché et les délais d'exécution : - Le marché prend effet à compter de sa notification. - Le délai pour l'installation et la mise en service de la citerne est fixé à 5 jours ouvrés (obligatoirement durant la période de vacances scolaire de fin d'année), à compter de la date notifiée par ordre de service. - Concernant la période de fourniture du gaz : elle est fixée pour une durée de cinq (5) ans à compter de la date de mise en service de la citerne. - La reprise et l'évacuation du matériel par le titulaire se feront selon les dispositions contractuelles et au terme du délai des CINQ (5) ANS suscité dans un délai maximum de 2 jours ouvrés
